my husband used to say the same thing back in our twenties. i just stopped asking him what he wanted for dinner and started making whatever i felt like eating. he either eats it or he makes his own. honestly it’s been way less stressful since i stopped trying to recreate my mom’s exact recipes. my food is just mine now.

my knees are wrecked too especially after long services. i usually ice them right after and take a couple ibuprofen. being an athlete doesnt protect me from aging joints lol. seriously though just rest them and don't push it the next day. i learned that the hard way.

I stopped having a home gym. Bought one of those cheap folding bikes and keep it in the garage. My grandkids think it is a race car. At least the floor stays clear. After forty years of letting them run wild I just gave up on pristine spaces. Now i chase them outside with water balloons when they get too rowdy. Works every time.

lol seriously. I swear, my guy thinks moving is just lifting boxes while i handle the actual chaos. we agree that for the first two weeks everything goes in trash bags labeled by room. no cleaning until everything is in its right house. if he wants it perfect, he helps me pack. otherwise he deals with the mess.

damn that is so disrespectful. i would literally throw his phone across the room right then and there. i dont even care if he says he didnt talk to her. the fact that he matched is the betrayal. i would pack a bag and leave that night. zero tolerance for that kind of shady behavior. hope you have the strength to walk away because thats not love.

omg seriously?? five minutes is barely enough time to settle in. my bf does this too and lowkey it’s kinda stressful. i just tell him i’m not ready yet and need to actually relax first. feels like a race sometimes. if he keeps pushing i’d honestly be confused bc like come on. give us a second to breathe ykno

nah im just doing squats at the office gym before meetings. glute activation seems like extra work for small gains. i dont really feel it anyway. just stick to basic compound lifts and eat enough protein. the trend is just people selling bands and courses. i rather focus on my back pain from coding all day. simpler is better for me tbh.

Oye girl, that sounds exhausting tbh. If he keeps bringing up his ex, I’m just straight up telling him stop right there. It’s disrespectful to me and weird for him. I’d say either leave the ghost in the past or I’m leaving. Seriously, why are you stuck listening to his drama? He needs to get his act together or find someone else to play therapist. No jokes.

Honestly I feel u. I swear, I drink un café cortado first thing then hit the gym at 6am even if I hate it. My hermana says its dehydration so I force myself to drink 3 liters of water. Not gonna lie sometimes I just nap 20 mins after lunch. Life is busy and we cant just push through without resting or eating bien. Try swapping soda for agua jamas.

Honestly same here. My guy works long hours too and comes home completely drained. I learned to just not make it a big deal. Sometimes we cuddle and call it a day. Other times he showers and we try later when hes a bit more rested. Just accept it and focus on other ways to connect like cooks dinner together or watching a show. No pressure is key for us.
