lol seriously. Omg, my guy thinks moving is just lifting boxes while i handle the actual chaos. we agree that for the first two weeks everything goes in trash bags labeled by room. no cleaning until everything is in its right house. if he wants it perfect, he helps me pack. otherwise he deals with the mess.

I just started throwing mine out. Tbh, Waste is cheaper than the headache. If he wants lunch he can make it. I used to nag about it too but honestly I’m done fighting over food scraps. My sanity is worth more than a decent container of pasta. Just live with it or toss it.

Oh honey that sounds awful. I quit the treadmill years ago. My knees just couldn’t take it anymore. Now I walk around the park near my house. Much nicer. Fresh air and sunshine. Try lowering the incline or speed. Or just stop. No point hurting yourself. Drink some water too. Feel better.

mire, es pura verguenza ajena i miedo de ser judged. Me siento ridiula carrying 15lbs when everyone else lifts 50. Plus, my ego says i look strong but cant prove it. La primer week was brutal. Now just show up, grab the dumbbell, and ignore the gym bros staring. No hay drama, solo sudor. Si te da pena, hazlo en casa first.

i literally nod off in my car for ten mins before going home. just sit there and breathe. its the only quiet i get. dont try to be a hero after those meetings. they drain u. so just chill. drink some water. maybe soak your feet if u can. keep it simple. no fancy routines needed. just rest.

Sachi kaho, I had a guy like that too. I swear, He said sweet things but never showed up. I waited once, twice, then just left. Actions are truth, words are just air. If he wanted to be with you, he would make space, not excuses. Don t waste your time waiting for him to change. Pack your bags mentally and see what you want for yourself. Trust your gut, sister.

Fibro is real dont let anyone tell u otherwise. I got diagnosed three years ago. Woke up one morning and couldnt get out of bed. Docs acted like it was all in my head at first too. Now i just manage the flares. Take ur meds, rest when u need to, and stop blaming urself. Age has nothing to do with it. Its a nerve thing. Stay strong sister.

yesss i am literally dead after day five. Omg, im mixed so i always feel like im code switching all day at uic which drains my battery fast. then i come home and just stare at the wall for two hours before i can even think about cooking. its not the work load its just the mental load of existing in spaces that werent built for us. wanna sleep through saturday

im literally shaking right now. took two tylenol and chugged electrolytes then kept typing. dont feel like a hero just too scared to miss paychecks. if you can work from home try but do not push through fever over 102. my bones hurt so bad

same here. mine said perimenopause but i feel like i have arthritis. hot flashes are crazy bad at night. i just drink cold water and take vitamin d. no help but at least dont get so angry with my husband. try wearing layers so you can take off when you get hot. just survive each day honestly.
