Quote from maria1992 on April 15, 2026, 4:40 pmgirl same. honestly just ordering food is my foreplay now lol. my husband thinks i am crazy but we keep it simple. sometimes we just cuddle and watch netflix until one of us gets lucky. dont stress too much about being spicy all the time. keeping the connection alive is what matters mostly. we are tired mamas, we deserve rest too. buen vibe siempre.

Quote from Sharon1985 on February 5, 2025, 4:12 pmi tell him if he wants it done his way he do it himself. Honestly, we sit down and split chores right down the middle. no thank yous just duty. if i cook he cleans. if i fold he loads laundry. stop treating him like a guest. he lives here too. my tribal ways teach balance so i enforce it. if he complains i let him complain while i relax. his loss.

Quote from Ruth1996 on January 7, 2026, 8:02 pmi literally nod off in my car for ten mins before going home. just sit there and breathe. its the only quiet i get. dont try to be a hero after those meetings. they drain u. so just chill. drink some water. maybe soak your feet if u can. keep it simple. no fancy routines needed. just rest.

Quote from Mintdew on May 18, 2025, 11:40 pmugh same here. i literally could not move after sitting through hours of teachers explaining why my son needs more support. my brain is completely fried and my spirit is low. im just gonna sit on the couch tonight in sweatpants and eat takeout. no cooking, no cleaning, just pure silence. if u need to vent about the exhaustion hit reply. we deserve a break after all that mental load.

Quote from Leathermarsh on February 15, 2025, 1:36 pmi finally stopped forcing myself to go. honestly, i just read on my couch now. saves me thirty bucks a month and i dont have to pretend to enjoy cardio. my hips are bigger but my eyesight is worse from staring at screens anyway. whatever. peace of mind costs less than a gym membership these days.

Quote from sunfeather on October 26, 2025, 9:02 amhaleya same thing happens to me every night. i wake up at 3am then stare at ceiling for an hour. usually i just check phone until i fall asleep again. its exhausting but honestly my brain wont shut off. coffee helps during day but useless at night. try drinking less water before bed maybe? not sure if it helps but worth a shot. good luck

Quote from Hazelriver on July 28, 2026, 8:44 amhonestly i just ice them for 20 mins right after and take ibuprofen. Omg, we move every 3 years so i dont have a regular PT and literally cant afford to take days off work. just stretch hard before bed and try not to jump around so much tomorrow. knees are wrecked from all the boxes we drag into these tiny apartment moves anyway. lol.

Quote from brave1986 on March 19, 2026, 9:14 amhonestly same here. my body just feels wrecked and cranky. i usually end up just laying on the couch for an hour after my long runs. then i take a hot shower and drink water. it takes a day or two to actually feel good again. dont you dare start doing yoga or meditation bc that sounds exhausting right now. just rest.

Quote from Kathryn1990 on August 25, 2025, 12:38 pmyeah honey same here. i used to hate the gym so much. now i just walk around my neighborhood for 30 mins while listening to audiobooks or music. makes time fly and doesnt feel like a chore at all. sometimes i just sit on the porch and soak up the sun. keeps the joints loose without the agony of lifting weights. hope you find something that clicks for you too.
