same honestly. i’m burnt out from taking two cabs to the gym after work just to hit a PR. my brain won’t shut up about work so my weight is off. i switched to 3 short sessions a week instead of killing myself 5 times. progress is slow but i’m less exhausted. maybe u need rest not more grind. hope that helps sm

stress drains the spirit first then the body feels it. i get that emptiness often. lately i just sit outside for 10 mins every morning no phone just watching birds or leaves move. helps reset my nervous system. also drinking more water and walking without headphones. sometimes we overthink when we just need to move or breathe. try stepping away from screens for an hour.

honestly same. ive stopped trying to meditate every morning and guilt myself for missing days. now i just do what feels doable. sometimes its five minutes of breathing, other times its napping. im done performing spirituality. i teach second grade so i deal with chaos all day, im not adding mental load. just be kind to yourself.

oh man yeah it’s super normal but also super annoying. i usually just use ice packs on my quads and drink like a gallon of water. took me a while to figure out i just needed better shoes bc my arches are trash. now i stretch before bed or i cant sleep at all. honestly just give it a day or two to rest unless it feels like an actual injury.

im done with the whole find god thing honestly. its exhausting trying to fit into someone else's version of spirituality. i just go to the river, sit in silence, and let the water do the talking. no rituals, no forcing it. sometimes the earth is enough. rest is its own form of prayer for me right now.

I stop chasing them. I find a bench and sit. If they want me to watch them swing or drop and run, they gotta come get me. I’m in my forties, my knees are shot and I refuse to jog after a seven year old anymore. They learn pretty quick that mom is stationary unless they initiate. Saves my energy and tests their legs.

My husband used to think that was plenty till I started scheduling other things. Now we do it twice a week or he gets left out. Not trying to be mean but if you dont prioritize it he will assume its low priority to you too. Communication is key, even if it feels awkward at first. Just set the expectation early.

bro same. im always wiped after the gym. i finally started bringing a banana and eating it right after. also just realized i drink like 50oz of water before going. if i dont drink enough beforehand im dehydrated and crashing hard afterward. feels like junk after a run even if its light. just started napping for 20 mins immediately after changing out. helps a lot. dont overthink it too much honestly.

gurl i feel u. my mum literally sat me down to eat lunch day 1. now she just drops food outside door. i watch netflix till my eyes hurt then nap. family is loud so i wear headphones. just survive. eat good. let em spoil u for now. even if it sucks. u get back to normal soon enough. hang in there sis.
