my husband used to think sex was a daily maintenance task. we compromised on wednesdays and sundays. honestly the rest of the week I just wanted horizontal time. if he cant get off to schedule tell him the bedroom is closed for renovation until further notice. sleep is non negotiable for me now.

Yeah it is. My brain feels like scrambled eggs most days. Ill forget why i walked into a room or leave keys in weird places. Im a runner so i try to clear my head with hard workouts but honestly its just chaos. You do what you can and accept the mess. Dont stress over the little stuff none of it matters anyway. Just keep going.

same here honestly. i keep blaming it on getting older but my pms has been straight up weird lately. bloated as hell and tired af even after sleeping. i finally went to the doc and got my thyroid checked too. turns out my levels were kinda off. might wanna just get checked out tho bc hormones can be wild at this age. dont just assume its aging.

bhaiyaa this is normal. lifting kids is heavy work. i use this yoga strap around my waist when carrying them, helps support back. after that i lie down with hot water bag on lower back for 15 mins. also dont lift from knees, bend properly. my doctor said it is because of weak core, so i started simple exercises. rest is important. take care beta.

i feel u. honestly just skip the complicated stuff. i wash face with cetaphil, slap on the ordinary niacinamide serum, put on cerave pm night cream, and throw on sunscreen in the morning. that s it. no fancy tools, no ten step korean routine. sometimes less is literally more. stop stressing and just keep it simple. your skin will thank you for not picking at it.

i just walk everywhere. no matter where we live, i get outside. sometimes it’s snow, sometimes heat, doesn’t matter. i stretch on the porch before coffee. it keeps my joints loose. i don’t need a gym membership that expires every time we pack up. my body is my home too, so i treat it with respect daily. simple movements count more than fancy routines.

i finally stopped forcing myself to go. Lol, honestly, i just read on my couch now. saves me thirty bucks a month and i dont have to pretend to enjoy cardio. my hips are bigger but my eyesight is worse from staring at screens anyway. whatever. peace of mind costs less than a gym membership these days.

same here honestly. I swear, i’m dead tired after work and all he wants is sex then pass out. i refuse tho. i make him hold me for at least 10 mins before or after or nothing happens. he complains but eventually gets it. if you don’t set the boundary he’ll keep taking what he wants. protect ur peace first.

same here, been doing this for months. tried melatonin, hot milk, nothing works. now i just lay in bed awake and scroll through my email since my brain is weirdly clear at 3am. still tired all day but at least i get some work done. honestly just waiting for it to stop on its own. hang in there sis.

im a teacher too so i totally get this. Ngl, its not just you. i keep a big water bottle on my desk and force myself to drink from it all day. dehydration hits hard in the afternoon. i also try to eat a small snack with protein around 2pm like a handful of almonds or string cheese. it helps keep my energy from crashing so hard at the end of the day.
