Quote from Freedream1997 on June 11, 2024, 6:21 pmArre, ye kya baat hai. Lol, My husband also sleeps with mouth hanging open, looks scary actually. I tried taping his mouth once with medical tape, he woke up confused next morning. Now I just give up after two years. It is annoying but not dealbreaker for us. Sahi hai, we make do. If you cant handle it, try nasal strips maybe?

Quote from Soulbrand on May 3, 2024, 4:29 ami drink a cup of nettle tea before bed and keep my room pitch black. Ngl, also stop scrolling right before sleep, the blue light messes with your rest. i noticed once i stopped eating heavy meals late at night, i wake up way more refreshed. try drinking a big glass of water first thing in the morning too, dehydration hides as fatigue sometimes.

Quote from Seavine on September 7, 2024, 3:38 pmgirl same. i thought it was just me. honestly tho its mostly hydration and protein. i drink like a gallon of water a day and eat a little something with protein right after i finish. before i was skipping the post workout snack and then i felt like death. try drinking more water chica. seriously. and don't starve yourself right after lifting. that’s my only fix.

Quote from Wildflower1997 on August 25, 2024, 2:51 amI just keep a jump rope in my suitcase always. Once we land and unpack slightly, I do 10 mins a day in the living room. No gym membership drama. If we move again before three months, at least I stayed active. My back hates it but better than getting stiff on the plane or couch. Simple routine beats fancy equipment any day.

Quote from Ridgecounter on January 10, 2024, 4:07 pmYeah totally normal. My husband does the same after work. He just sits on the porch and stares at the trees or works on his truck. I dont bother him. It gives him space to chill so hes not grumpy later. Some guys just need that quiet time to decompress. I get my own time too. We both respect it. It works for us.

Quote from meadowpearl on January 10, 2024, 4:07 pmhonestly same here after workdays. im usually exhausted and just want to crash. we started taking turns getting our needs met or just cuddling without pressure. sometimes he goes to the gym late or reads so i can sleep straight through. communication is key tho. tell him exactly when ur up for it. dont feel guilty about wanting rest.

Quote from Carolyn1989 on May 13, 2024, 1:31 pmwe moved 3 times last year. my husband thinks moving boxes is mans work but folding shirts is mine. i let the living room pile up. he complained once then carried the trash to curb himself. dont cook fancy food on day 1. order pizza. if house isnt perfect but kids are fed and beds are made thats win in my book. survival mode is real for immigrant moms.

Quote from Rachel on August 21, 2024, 12:56 amAura is just a fancy word for burnout. I stare at my spreadsheet at 7pm and feel like a ghost haunting my own kitchen. Sleep helps. Also eating something that isnt granola. If you cant look in the mirror without screaming maybe take the day off. Work does not care if you glow.

Quote from velvetbond on September 1, 2024, 1:05 amit is 11 pm and the house is dead quiet. my husband fell asleep on the couch at 930 pm with the tv still on. i just did laundry for the fourth time this week because the kids spill juice everywhere. i went to target today for a $2 cereal box and spent $80 on stuff i do not need. now i am sitting here drinking rooibos tea but i cannot relax. the air feels heavy. why does my home feel so cold and empty when my whole family is literally in the other room? i tried lighting a candle from ulta but it did not help. i just feel so drained. is this normal or am i just crazy?
