i dont believe in auras but i know what burnout feels like. if you cant function through your day its exhaustion not a spiritual crisis. i took a mental health day this week just to sleep and eat real food. no screens. you need rest not a cleanse. drop whatever isnt urgent and go lie down. your body is screaming at you to stop. listen to it.

Babe take the nap. Seriously. My husband wants round two daily and I’m over it. I just tell him I’m dead to the world. We compromise on weekends. Rest is sacred at my age. If he’s mad he can sleep on the couch. Your energy is limited so spend it on yourself. Don’t feel guilty.

Same. I feel like I’m running on fumes mostly. I’ve started drinking way more water and forcing myself to put my phone away an hour before bed. It helps a bit but honestly I think it’s just burnout from work and life in general. I’m not even that old yet but I definitely feel it in my bones lol.

i stopped drinking homemade aguas too. thought it was healthy but the sugar load is crazy. my doctor said natural sugars count just the same. now i stick to water with lime or sparkling water. annoying at first but my labs look better. just wish someone told me earlier.

i feel that. For real, my husband used to think once a week was totally fine. honestly? yeah。 we just stopped scheduling it. now its whenever we actually want to。 turns out spontaneity matters more than a rigid calendar。 if he isnt asking for more maybe he just isnt turned on by the routine。

omg mija stop crying i know it feels awful but breathe. For real, when i had my mammogram scare i just ate tacos and watched telenovelas to distract myself. dont google symptoms its a nightmare. just rest and let the hormones settle. we are strong mothers ya know? call me if you need to vent more pero no more tears okay?

haan gym mehnat hai. I go 4 days a week. Lift heavy things, run on treadmill for 20 mins. No fancy classes. Just me and the machine. Sometimes body hurts next day but I keep going. It is not fun always. But I feel strong after. My husband says too much exercise. I say no, need to stay healthy for kids. Simple routine works for me.

honestly same here after workdays. im usually exhausted and just want to crash. we started taking turns getting our needs met or just cuddling without pressure. sometimes he goes to the gym late or reads so i can sleep straight through. communication is key tho. tell him exactly when ur up for it. dont feel guilty about wanting rest.

My skin was so bad too. I stopped using harsh scrubs. Now just simple routine. Cleanser, toner, moisturizer. In summer I use oil control in morning. At night I apply night cream. Consistency is key. Don’t buy expensive products. Simple things work best. Relax and give it time. My skin cleared up after 3 months. Patience is needed.

uff girl me too my husband installed a baby gate in the living room but they still find ways to sneak in. now i just keep my dumbbells in the bedroom closet and do squats there. if they touch my yoga mat im done yelling so loud my neighbors probably hear it. honestly its so exhausting trying to maintain peace while working out. maybe i should just join a gym outside home.
