Quote from gloria1985 on September 3, 2021, 5:09 amHonestly I just stopped apologizing. My husband thinks I’m mad sometimes but I’m not. Just tired. Or bored. It’s okay. We cuddle instead. Or watch TV. I don’t force it. If I want to, it happens. If not, we sleep. My body isn’t a public service. Try that. It works for us. At least the guilt is gone for me.

Quote from Ambertriumph on November 1, 2021, 3:35 pmi drink a massive cup of coffee with breakfast and set a timer for my lunch break. if i skip lunch or eat too heavy i crash hard. i also step outside for 5 mins of fresh air right after eating. helps reset my brain. my kids run me ragged in the morning so this little pause actually matters. dont push through hunger or you will regret it later.

Quote from Isabella1999 on October 11, 2021, 4:07 amSame. After the kids hit toddlerhood it vanished. Husband thinks we just forget. I start chores so he sleeps. Honestly cant be bothered explaining again. We touch but thats it. My auntie says wait til they leave home. I just nod. Feel like roommates who share dna. Maybe thats normal now. Just tired.

Quote from Brave1996 on August 4, 2021, 8:01 amHonestly same. I stopped trying to touch my toes years ago. Now I just do gentle stretches in the morning so I dont feel like a rusted robot during the day. At 48 my body tells me no every single time. Just accept it and find what works without pain. Yoga taught me to listen to my limits not push past them.

Quote from bloomtail on May 27, 2021, 11:39 amHoney pull up a chair and listen close. I packed my good china and moved to the guest room. He can have his space. I used that time to read my bible and drink iced tea on the porch. If he wants me back he better come ask for it with a clean heart. I ain't waiting around all night anymore.

Quote from Carol1978 on January 20, 2022, 9:26 pmAt that age I just stopped playing along. He said one thing but did another so I just watched his actions. If he wanted to play games I clocked out. No more chasing or questioning. I kept my circle small and focused on my own peace. Love doesn’t mean stress, it means safety.

Quote from Silverfox1982 on August 24, 2022, 3:52 amdefinitely real. i’m 36 in tech, sit 10 hours a day, and got diagnosed last year. my doctor said it’s nerve sensitivity not just aging. i started doing gentle yoga and fixing my posture at work. helps a bit. don’t ignore it, get blood work done to rule out other stuff first. honestly the fatigue is the worst part, more than the pain.
