why is my back pain worse today than yesterday

knees were fine yesterday but now walking to the car from target hurts more than doing squats. i think i wore the wrong shoes.

omg sarah, i know that feeling! target is a killer sometimes. did you wear those cute sneakers? my back always screams when i wear my espadrilles too long.

oh no, espadrilles can be brutal! i had a pair like that once. my physio told me to always keep my ortho inserts in even my casual shoes. makes a world of difference.
