makeup tips for tired moms?
Quote from sunnyleaf on March 25, 2020, 11:14 pmso im 36, and i feel like i look 86 most days. between the 3 year old and the baby, sleep is a distant memory. i just need some quick makeup tricks that dont take forever in the morning. like, what foundation actually covers dark circles without looking cakey? and is there anything for a quick brow lift? im usually rushing out the door to daycare dropoff around 815 and then straight to work. i cant spend an hour on my face. i saw some stuff at target, but im overwhelmed. what actually works and is easy?

Quote from Jennifer1997 on March 28, 2020, 8:07 am@sunnyleaf OMG I totally get it. I'm 38 with a toddler and a kindergartener. That under-eye concealer is a lifesaver. I just dab a little on and blend with my ring finger. So much easier than a full face.

Quote from Fireshell on March 29, 2020, 11:01 pmSeriously @sunnyleaf, I'm 45 and my skin looks so dull. I’ve been using a cream blush instead of powder, and it gives me a little glow. It’s way faster than trying to blend powder.

Quote from rainfield on March 31, 2020, 3:20 amYep, @sunnyleaf, sleep is a myth. I'm 52 and found that just a swipe of mascara makes a huge difference. Opens up my eyes even when I feel dead inside.

Quote from Luckycharm54 on April 1, 2020, 8:29 pm@sunnyleaf, I'm 32 and the struggle is real. A tinted moisturizer is my best friend. It evens out my skin tone super quick and doesn't feel heavy. Way better than foundation when you're exhausted.

Quote from Valelicense on April 2, 2020, 11:40 am@sunnyleaf, I'm 42 and totally agree with the cream blush! I use a peachy one and it really wakes up my face. I usually just put it on with my fingers while I'm waiting for the coffee maker.

Quote from twinklerush on April 3, 2020, 10:06 pm@sunnyleaf, oh girl, the mascara trick is SO good. I'm 55 and it’s like instant wake-up. I keep it in my purse so I can reapply if I have to run out to the store and I'm feeling super rough.

Quote from Songcount on April 5, 2020, 4:50 pm@sunnyleaf, tinted moisturizer is a game changer! I’m 34 and it’s so much faster than foundation. I just put it on with my hands after I brush my teeth.

Quote from Moonmoss on April 6, 2020, 4:29 am@sunnyleaf, I’m 48 and that under-eye concealer is everything. It really covers up the evidence of those late nights. I usually just use my finger to dab it on while I’m checking my phone.

Quote from bravearmistice on April 8, 2020, 5:55 pm@sunnyleaf, yes to the mascara! @ladybug1971, totally feel you on the "dead inside" mornings. I'm 58 and that little bit of mascara is my secret weapon. I always keep one in my car too, for those last-minute errands.
