Lord have mercy. It's 9pm and the hamper is overflowing again. My youngest spilled juice all over his favorite shirt yesterday, and now I have three loads to do before work tomorrow. Went to Target for detergent, spent $40 on just that and some snacks. Felt like I was going to cry in the cereal aisle. And don't even get me started on folding. It piles up. Is there a trick to this that I'm missing?

@sandy69 Oh no, the dreaded 9pm hamper! My kids are the same way with juice. Hope you got that shirt sorted. I usually tackle mine first thing in the morning.

@sandy69 Been there! Mine always finds a way to overflow right before a big trip. My secret is just doing one load at a time so it doesn't feel so overwhelming. Grab a snack!

@sandy69 Ugh, that's the worst. My little one did the same with spaghetti sauce on his school uniform. I swear I spend half my week with laundry detergent on my hands.

@sandy69 Three loads is a lot! You got this though. I find if I put on a podcast or some music it makes it go by quicker. Good luck with work tomorrow!

@sandy69 Oh no, the spaghetti sauce incident sounds rough! I keep a stain stick in my purse for emergencies. Hope the uniform came out okay.

@sandy69 I totally get the overflowing hamper thing. Mine is a black hole sometimes. Doing one load at a time is a smart move.

@sandy69 My youngest is exactly the same with juice. That shirt sounds like a lost cause but you got this!

@sandy69 Podcasts are my secret weapon too! Makes folding a little less soul-crushing. Good luck with the laundry marathon.

@sandy69 that spaghetti sauce sounds like a nightmare! I'm glad you've got that stain stick handy. I always forget to keep one in my purse.
