help with gym routine after work
Quote from Sweetspore on June 13, 2020, 1:34 amim so tired after work. i get home around 6, then its making dinner, helping kids with homework, maybe folding laundry. by the time i even think about the gym, its 9pm and i just want to sleep. i used to go in the morning but my commute is hell now. i tried going to that planet fitness near target, its okay but i never have energy. i need something quick i can actually do. what do you guys do when youre this exhausted?

Quote from HopeFern on June 16, 2020, 2:56 pm@Sweetspore 9pm gym is rough. I usually just do a walk around the block with my dog instead. It's not much, but it's something.

Quote from fernvictory on June 17, 2020, 12:51 pm@Sweetspore I used to try and go after work too, but it never stuck. Now I get up an hour earlier and go before the chaos starts. Coffee is my best friend.

Quote from bloomtreaty on June 19, 2020, 1:13 pm@Sweetspore Totally get the sleep thing. I’ve found that if I don’t go right after work, it’s a lost cause. Maybe a weekend warrior approach is better for you?
