omg same. im 29 and feel like im dying. hot flashes crazy bad and zero energy. my abuela told me to drink hibiscus tea and now im obsessed. also just nap whenever u can. dont let ppl tell u to push through it. rest is literally survival at this point.

uff girl me too my husband installed a baby gate in the living room but they still find ways to sneak in. now i just keep my dumbbells in the bedroom closet and do squats there. if they touch my yoga mat im done yelling so loud my neighbors probably hear it. honestly its so exhausting trying to maintain peace while working out. maybe i should just join a gym outside home.

i get this too. even when i sleep eight or nine hours, my jaw just drops. it’s annoying. i usually just push through it because it’s socially awkward to keep yawning. sometimes i drink an extra cup of coffee to feel awake but honestly it’s just a weird habit for me now. i don’t think i do anything specific to fix it. just ignore it.

same here honestly. i eat a heavy breakfast then crash hard. started bringing a little protein snack to work instead of waiting for lunch. also i realized i drink like two coffees before 10am which is def part of it. just forced myself to stop caffeine after 11 and it helped a bit. still tired but not dead lol.

Same. I feel like I’m running on fumes mostly. I’ve started drinking way more water and forcing myself to put my phone away an hour before bed. It helps a bit but honestly I think it’s just burnout from work and life in general. I’m not even that old yet but I definitely feel it in my bones lol.

same here i workout 4x a week but still crash by 7pm. realized it was just poor sleep hygiene and too much screen time before bed. started doing 15 min yoga after dinner and putting phone away earlier. helps a bit but honestly im just tired from coding all day. maybe im just burnt out.

honestly i think it’s just stress from moving every two years. my cortisol is probably through the roof. i tried cutting carbs like everyone says but it just made me crazy. now i just eat yogurt and fruit after PT bc its easier when you’re tired. also never skip breakfast. my body would literally shut down if i waited too long to eat. weird right but it works for me

hola girl. i get it. after my daughter was born i felt the exact same way. like my body belongs to everyone else but me. i just tell him i’m not in the headspace. we cuddle or watch telenovelas instead. no pressure. your body is yours, dont force it. take all the time u need. we’ll get there when ur ready.

i been there. started getting really tired and holding water when i hit forty. went to the doc and got blood work done. turns out it was just perimenopause hitting hard. took a bit of adjusting but knowing it wasnt permanent helped. also cut down on salt cause that bloating was awful. hope you feel better soon.

My husband works construction so he crashes hard around 2pm. I used to think something was wrong with me too. Then I started napping. Just twenty minutes on the couch while the kids play. Wake up grumpy at first but then the rest of evening is fine. Drinking five cups of coffee doesn't fix it. Try shutting your eyes.
