Grandma's spirit animal showed up on my porch... and left a feather.

I've been lurking for a little while, mostly over in the crafting section admiring all the beautiful beadwork. My name is Aiyana. I'm 38, living out here near Flagstaff, Arizona. Found this place after seeing a friend share one of your articles on social media about finding your inner fire, it really resonated with me during a tricky moon cycle last month.
Today felt like a good day to finally introduce myself. I just got back from picking up some new herbs at the little shop downtown, Mother Earth’s Medicine Cabinet, and the scent of sage and cedar always makes me feel a bit more grounded. I spend a lot of my time working with traditional plant medicines and teaching our younger ones about our ways. It's a busy life, but a good one.
I'm curious, for those of you who have been here a while, what was the first thing that really drew you into this community?
Looking forward to connecting with you all.
