i just stopped answering his texts about needing space. honestly it feels exhausting to keep picking up the pieces every time he checks out. im focusing on my lesson planning and hanging out with my girls instead. if he wants space he can have it but im not holding my breath. it isnt my job to manage his emotions or wait around.

beta honestly its so funny. my husband used to say same thing after 5 years. i just told him stop guessing and start asking. now we have proper schedule for intimacy. he thinks im strict but at least he knows what i want. dont let him call it demanding. call it clear communication. he needs to wake up and listen not just complain.

i feel that. my husband used to think once a week was totally fine. honestly? yeah。 we just stopped scheduling it. now its whenever we actually want to。 turns out spontaneity matters more than a rigid calendar。 if he isnt asking for more maybe he just isnt turned on by the routine。

i sleep 7 hours and still feel like a zombie. my doctor says i’m fine but my energy is shot. i just drink black coffee and survive on sheer willpower until 3pm. then i crash hard. maybe it’s just age or burnout. i stopped trying to fix it and just accepted my low battery mode. dinner is usually takeout because cooking requires too much effort.

i been there. started getting really tired and holding water when i hit forty. went to the doc and got blood work done. turns out it was just perimenopause hitting hard. took a bit of adjusting but knowing it wasnt permanent helped. also cut down on salt cause that bloating was awful. hope you feel better soon.

oh man yeah it’s super normal but also super annoying. i usually just use ice packs on my quads and drink like a gallon of water. took me a while to figure out i just needed better shoes bc my arches are trash. now i stretch before bed or i cant sleep at all. honestly just give it a day or two to rest unless it feels like an actual injury.

nah i would just tell her straight up. Tbh, tell her its not our culture or tradition here. we don't do that kind of stuff in the house. its confusing for my kids too. just say no politely but firmly. dont let her push it. keep the space yours. if she keeps it up ask her to do it at her place or temple. boundary setting is key fam.

Honestly that sounds nasty. My husband always says I smell like dirt and old coffee after he lets the dogs out. I just dump cheap white wine on my ankles and forget it. If he’s analyzing your scent you should probably find someone less obsessed with weird details. I’m too tired to deal with that kind of nonsense. Just keep ignoring him until he goes away. Seriously men are so exhausting sometimes.

three years is forever honestly. i’ve been off apps for two years now. my tribe taught me patience is good but not sitting around waiting for magic. i go to classes and meet people through friends. if he can’t commit in that time he’s just using the app for ego. stop waiting. keep living your life.

Mine too. Sitting back to back meetings kharab kar diya knee. Doctor bola office chair support nahi hota mai. Main ab lunch break mein thoda walk karta hoon kitchen tak. Cold pack bhi rakhta hoon raat ko. Par sach kahu toh bas time ke saath sahi hoga shayad. Tu bhi rest le, zyada stress mat le.
